The center is closed on the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day*
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Columbus Day
- Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day*
*If Christmas or New Year falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the center will be closed on Friday or Monday, respectively.
The center closes at 4:00 pm on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and Good Friday.
In the event of severe inclement weather, there will be a voice mail message advising if we are opening late or closing. Call the center to hear the message. We also post on our Facebook page, Tadpole/Class Dojo and send out an email.
If your child will be absent or arriving late, you need to call or email the center with this information as early as possible so we can plan accordingly.
PARENT PROVIDES
Infants: disposable diapers & wipes, bottles, baby food (if child is on purees or solids), change of clothing, and sunscreen/diaper cream. All items must be labeled with child’s name.
Tiny Tots: disposable diapers & wipes, reusable water bottle, change of clothing, sleeping bag for napping and sunscreen/diaper cream. All items must be labeled with child’s name.
Toddlers: disposable diapers & wipes (if needed), reusable water bottle, change of clothing, sleeping bag for napping, and sunscreen/diaper cream. All items must be labeled with child’s name.
Preschool: change of clothing, sleeping bag for napping, and a reusable water bottle and sunscreen. All items must be labeled with child’s name.
Within the first 45 days of enrollment, a “Getting to Know You” conference may be scheduled with your child’s teacher. This meeting is to encourage program-family partnerships and share initial observations and goals for the child. Please contact the director if interested.
TUITION - As of September 2023
Infants (ages 6 wks - 2 yrs) $245.00 per week
Toddlers (ages 2 yrs- 3 yrs) $230.00 per week
Preschool (ages 3 yrs- 5 yrs) $220.00 per week
Tuition is a fixed rate; in that it remains the same if the child does not attend for several days during the week. If the child is out Monday - Friday, regardless of the reason, tuition is half rate to hold the spot open.
A 15% discount is applicable for the oldest child, if there is more than one child attending from one family.
Tuition not paid by the due date is subject to a $15.00 late fee. Pickups after 5:30 are subject to a $10.00 charge for the first 15 minutes and $1.00 for every minute thereafter.
Two weeks written notice of withdrawal is required. Failure to do so will result in payment of tuition for the full two week period.
